11.9.2014 LAST DAY IN POLAND
We woke at nine am. Some of us went to the breakfast and some of us watched cartoons because they were sick and they puked.
Then we started packing our luggage. Our rooms weren't very clean son we had to clean up a little bit.
trip to the airport were scary be cause some of us didn't want get sick.
At the airport we were a little bit sick but not as much as we were at night. we waited about two hours before we could go to the airplane. Airplane was pretty small and when were flying there were drunken men from Turku and turbulence.
We arrived to the Helsinki international airport at 2 pm and everyone were pleasant.

Wednesday
In the morning we quickly ate breakfast and jumped right away to our mini bus and start travelling to Sztutow's concentration camp. Before that we had to get passport from airport that one of our classmate had forgot it there. Anyways, we got that and travel continued.
When we arrived to said concentration camp, somehow there came immediately slightly grim atmosphere. You could saw that from faces and quietness of people.
First we went to a room which was full of shoe soles on display. There were about half million of those. Leather from those shoes were used to soldiers equipment and stuff like that, only those soles were saved. Then we continued and went through gate where the guard told rights to there coming prisoners; "When you pass that gate, you become only cold numbers who doesn't have any rights. Only right you have is to rise up as smoke from that chimney." Then we went to barracks where the "slaves" use to live. Part of those barracks were to just put full of information boards that told all about stages of this camp. Our guide explained all that what were told in info boards but just more thoroughly way. After we saw all those, we had small "toilet-break" and then continued to "rough-stuff" that were at example gas chamber, cremator and ashes of burnt people. That was pretty much all as compressed about this Sztutow.

Right after Sztutow we went to grab some snack from small market. After that we continued trip to old town where we saw some sightseeing's like highest brick church in the world.
Then we went back to the hotel.

9.9.2014
We left the hotel at 8 am. First we went to the airport to get a lost passport. The person left the passport to the airplane. After that we started our three hour trip to Zlotniki Kujawskie to meet our pen pals. The view from the bus was simple country side with lots of maize fields. The boys listened to music far too loud. In the middle of the trip we stopped at a gas station to buy some snacks and drinks.

When we arrived to the school we found out that the travelling agency had made a mistake and the school wasn´t expecting us until the next day. They had to improvise a lot but it didn´t matter. We went to the math’s class where we finally met our pen pals. We talked with our pen pals a lot about sports, school and music. After that we went to the gym where they thought us a dance. We performed it together with our pen pals. After all the dancing and talking it was very nice to finally get to eat! The lunch was very nice at a local restaurant. Then we went back to the bus that took us back to the hotel in Gdansk.

 Oliwa Cathedral
We were at Oliwa Cathedral, which can be located at Gdansk. It is made at 1186 century. In Oliwa Cathedral there is also famous great organ, which is constructed between the years 1763 and 1788. The cathedral is 17.7m high, 19m wide and 107m long. The designing of Oliwa cathedral was amazing, heavenly. In Oliwa there is concert every day for tourist and other people, it lasts 20 minutes and the instrument has 5100 pipes where the voice comes. Being at Oliwa`s cathedral was amazing experience!

First day 7.9.2014   We met at the Helsinki-Vantaa airport half past two. Like usually someone was late.  Our flight left to Gdansk five o'clock. So before the flight we had plenty of time to go eat or have a cup of coffee. Some of the girls bought salmiakki for their pen pals at Poland.   When we were going to the airplane by buss, we noticed that the plane was very small plane with propellers. Some of us were little terrified, but after the plane got up safely we were all fine. This flight was first one for Ville and everything went great. At least the plane didn't fell from the sky.   The flight lasted about one and half hours. It wasn't long. The airport at Gdansk was quite nice and we liked it.  After we picked up our suitcases, we found our guide.  The guide took as to the buss and on our way to the hotel she told us a little bit about the city. It was nice that our guide spoke Finnish But unfortunately the microphone didn’t work properly so we didn't quite hear everything.   Our trip to the hotel was short, about 20 minutes. First when we arrived we got our room keys and we heard the next day’s program.  After this one person noticed that his passport was missing. Luckily our teachers and he handled that.  At eleven o'clock after we had eaten everybody went to their rooms. We were all happy with the hotel and the food! :)
